LogiMind AI wins third place at Silicon Valley Bank's Impact pitch
During LA Tech Week, MashBond pitched LogiMind AI — a logistics language model for cross-border trade — at Silicon Valley Bank's Impact showcase and placed third. Here's what we presented, and how it becomes ShippingCow.AI.
- What: Pitched LogiMind AI, an end-to-end logistics-AI prototype, at Silicon Valley Bank's Impact showcase
- When: LA Tech Week, October 2025
- Who's hit: MashBond co-founders Andy Gor and Jay
- Impact: Third place — and validation from Silicon Valley Bank's judges for AI applied to cross-border logistics
During LA Tech Week in October 2025, MashBond co-founders Andy Gor and Jay took the stage at Silicon Valley Bank’s Impact showcase in Los Angeles to pitch LogiMind AI — our end-to-end prototype for applying artificial intelligence to cross-border logistics. It placed third, and earned recognition from Silicon Valley Bank’s judges.
The problem: global trade is still fragmented
Cross-border commerce runs on a patchwork of disconnected tools, and the cost of that fragmentation is real. The numbers we opened the pitch with are ones every operator feels:
- 10+ systems touch a single shipment
- 36 hours is the average delay before a seller has visibility into where goods are
- 12–15% of logistics cost is hidden — buried in spreadsheets, emails, and hand-offs
The takeaway for the room: the world doesn’t need another dashboard bolted on top of that mess. It needs intelligence that understands the entire chain, from factory to doorstep.
What we pitched: LogiMind AI
LogiMind AI was our proof of concept for that idea — an end-to-end logistics language model trained on real shipments moving through MashBond’s own U.S. network, not data scraped from the web. The line we used on stage sums up the thesis: ChatGPT writes words. LogiMind moves goods. The goal is to make global trade as simple as having a conversation.

The result
LogiMind AI took third place on the day. More important than the placement was the signal: some of the sharpest investors and operators in tech looked at AI applied to the unglamorous reality of freight, customs, and fulfillment — and saw why it matters. For a team whose whole thesis is that the future of trade is operational intelligence, not another app, that validation counted.
From prototype to platform: ShippingCow.AI
LogiMind AI proved the concept end to end. The platform we’re now building it into is ShippingCow.AI — MashBond’s official product. ShippingCow starts where the pain is sharpest, fulfillment optimization — smart warehouse allocation, routing, and cost reduction — and scales toward a full end-to-end AI ERP that simplifies cross-border logistics for the brands selling into America.
It’s a start, not a finish line. The system gets sharper with every package that moves through our warehouses — which is exactly the point.
